We are thrilled to have recently completed our three-year strategic plan for YES (which covers from July 2024 through June 2027) and have clarified the service model for our core work. Our three overarching strategies will enable us to support 160 unduplicated youth annually through our programs and services, and help them on the road to independence and empowerment. Our work moving forward, all happening at our new drop-in center, will encompass basic needs (drop-in) services, supportive services, and housing-focused services. We stand poised to fully reopen, and could not be eager to continue pushing for a Baltimore where all youth thrive.
